Frequently Asked Questions
East Valley Remodeling Questions
What services does Advanced Custom Renovations provide?
ACR specializes in complete bathroom remodeling, custom tile showers, tub-to-shower conversions, accessible and curbless showers, and professional LVP and tile flooring installation. We serve Chandler and communities throughout Arizona’s East Valley.
How much does an East Valley bathroom remodel cost?
The cost depends on the bathroom’s size, existing conditions, layout changes, plumbing requirements, tile design, and selected materials. ACR begins with a free in-home consultation and provides an itemized estimate based on the proposed scope.
Does ACR provide bathroom design services?
ACR is a build-focused remodeling contractor. We help customers understand material requirements and construction considerations, and professional design services or renderings may be coordinated through an ACR design partner when requested.
Who purchases the materials for my remodel?
Customers purchase their selected finish materials directly. This gives you more control over your choices and budget and means ACR does not add a contractor markup to those customer-purchased materials. We help identify quantities and specifications needed for the project.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Many complete bathroom remodels require approximately two to four weeks of active construction, although the schedule depends on scope, inspections, material availability, changes, and conditions uncovered after demolition. ACR discusses the anticipated schedule before construction begins.
Does ACR warranty its remodeling work?
Yes. Advanced Custom Renovations provides a two-year workmanship warranty on qualifying completed work. Product and material warranties are provided separately by their manufacturers or sellers.
Is ACR licensed and insured?
Yes. Advanced Custom Renovations is an Arizona licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor operating under ROC 302659.
Does ACR offer free estimates?
Yes. ACR offers free in-home estimates for qualifying bathroom-remodeling and flooring projects within its East Valley service area.
