ADVANCED CUSTOM RENOVATIONS
Home Remodeling Built
Around the Way You Live
Bathrooms. Flooring. Accessible spaces. Custom renovations that don't fit neatly into a box.
Advanced Custom Renovations brings more than 20 years of construction experience to homes across Arizona's East Valley, with skilled installation, thoughtful solutions, and a build-focused approach that puts your home ahead of a predetermined package.
REMODELING SERVICES
Start with what you want to change.
Maybe it's one bathroom that's been bothering you for years. Flooring that makes the entire house feel dated. A shower that's becoming harder to use. Or a renovation idea that doesn't conveniently fall under one category.
That's okay.
We don't begin with a catalog of packages we're trying to sell. We begin with your home, what isn't working, and what you'd like it to become.
You choose the materials, fixtures, finishes, and features that make sense for your style, priorities, and budget.
We build it.

BATHROOM REMODELING
From custom showers and updated layouts to tile, vanities, and accessibility improvements, we build bathrooms around the people who actually use them.
New flooring can change the way an entire home looks and feels. We install durable, beautiful flooring designed for everyday life in Arizona.
CUSTOM RENOVATIONS
Have something bigger—or simply different—in mind? We take on custom interior renovation projects that don't always fit neatly into a remodeling package.
BUILD-FOCUSED REMODELING
Your home doesn't need our style.
It needs yours.
Some remodeling companies begin with a showroom and a collection of products they want you to choose from.
ACR works differently.
We're a build-focused remodeling company. You aren't limited to one manufacturer's tile, a handful of fixtures, or a predetermined collection of finishes.
Already working with a designer? Great. We can build from completed plans and selections.
Want to choose your own materials? Absolutely.
Need help figuring out where to shop or who can help pull the design together? We can connect you with trusted local retailers and independent professionals.
Our job is to bring those decisions together and build them well.
MORE THAN THE FINISHES
Good remodeling is what happens behind the pretty stuff, too.
Tile gets attention. So do flooring, fixtures, vanities, and beautiful finished spaces.
But a renovation is only as good as the construction underneath them.
Preparation matters. Waterproofing matters. Substrates matter. Layout, installation, and the hundred decisions you'll never see in the finished photograph matter.
That's where decades of construction experience become important.
We want your renovation to look good when we're finished.
We also want what's behind it to have been done right.

Working With ACR
Working With ACR
What types of remodeling projects does ACR take on?
Our primary services include bathroom remodeling, flooring, accessible and aging-in-place improvements, and select custom interior renovations. If your project doesn't fit neatly into one of those categories, reach out. We can determine whether it fits our scope.
Do I have to purchase materials through ACR?
No. ACR is build-focused, so you aren't limited to a predetermined product collection. You can select the tile, flooring, fixtures, cabinetry, and finishes that fit your home, priorities, and budget.
Does ACR provide interior design services?
ACR is a construction company rather than a traditional design-build firm. If you already have a designer or completed selections, we can build from those plans. If you need help with selections or design, we can connect you with trusted local retailers and independent professionals.
