Who purchases the materials for my remodel?
Customers purchase their selected finish materials directly. This gives you more control over your choices and budget and means ACR does not add a contractor markup to those customer-purchased materials. We help identify quantities and specifications needed for the project.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Many complete bathroom remodels require approximately two to four weeks of active construction, although the schedule depends on scope, inspections, material availability, changes, and conditions uncovered after demolition. ACR discusses the anticipated schedule before construction begins.
Does ACR warranty its remodeling work?
Yes. Advanced Custom Renovations provides a two-year workmanship warranty on qualifying completed work. Product and material warranties are provided separately by their manufacturers or sellers.
