There’s a lot to love about luxury vinyl plank. It can bring the warmth and character of wood into your home while standing up to the spills, paws, traffic, and everyday messes that come with actually living there.

Advanced Custom Renovations installs LVP flooring throughout Arizona’s East Valley for larger flooring projects and home renovations, with careful attention to what happens before, during, and between every plank.

MADE FOR REAL LIFE

A Floor You Can Actually Live On

A beautiful home shouldn't require everyone in it to tiptoe.

One of the reasons LVP has become so popular is that it strikes a pretty convincing balance between style and practicality. Today's products come in an enormous range of colors, plank sizes, textures, and wood-inspired finishes while offering durability and relatively simple everyday care.

That makes LVP particularly appealing in homes where the floor needs to look good—and work hard.

BEFORE THE FIRST PLANK

Simple to Look At Doesn’t Mean Simple to Install

A finished LVP floor can look effortless. Getting it there takes more than laying planks.

The work begins with evaluating the existing surface, planning the layout, and accounting for transitions, doorways, cabinetry, and adjoining flooring.

ONE FLOOR. MANY SPACES.

Let It Flow

One of LVP's biggest visual advantages is its ability to create continuity through larger areas of a home.

Instead of treating every room like a separate flooring project, we consider how the planks travel through connected spaces, what you'll see from major sightlines, where transitions are actually necessary, and how the new flooring meets the rest of the home.

When it works, you don't walk through the house thinking about where one room ends and another begins.

It just flows.

YOUR FLOORING. YOUR CHOICE.

You Choose It. We Install It Right.

ACR doesn't have a warehouse full of LVP we're hoping you'll choose from.

You select the flooring that works for your home, style, priorities, and budget. If you've already found it, great. If you're still comparing products, we can help you understand installation considerations and point you toward trusted local flooring resources.

We aren't here to sell you a particular box of flooring.

We're here to install the one you chose well.

PREPARATION MATTERS

Because LVP Will Tell on the Floor Underneath It

New flooring doesn't erase what's happening below it.

Once existing flooring is removed, we may find uneven areas, cracks, adhesive, or other conditions that need attention before installation.

Different LVP products also have their own installation requirements, which need to be considered along with the existing surface.

We evaluate what we're working with before moving forward so the new flooring isn't being asked to hide a problem it wasn't designed to solve.

LVP FLOORING FAQ

A Few Things Worth Knowing

LVP FLOORING FAQ

A Few Things Worth Knowing

Is LVP a good choice for Arizona homes?

It can be. LVP is popular with Arizona homeowners because it offers the appearance of wood with relatively easy maintenance and options designed to handle active households. The right product still depends on where it's being installed, how the space is used, and the manufacturer's requirements.

Is all luxury vinyl plank basically the same?

No. LVP products can vary considerably in construction, thickness, wear layer, attached underlayment, locking systems, installation requirements, and warranty terms. Those differences are worth considering before choosing based on color alone.

Does ACR supply the LVP?

You purchase the flooring you want rather than choosing from an ACR product catalog. If you're still shopping, we can point you toward trusted local resources and help you understand installation considerations that may affect your choice.

Can you remove my existing flooring?

Yes, when demolition and removal are included in the project scope. Once the existing flooring comes up, we can evaluate the surface underneath and identify preparation that may be necessary before installing the new floor.

Do you install LVP in just one room?

Our flooring projects are generally larger in scope, including multiple connected spaces, substantial flooring replacement, or flooring completed as part of a larger renovation. If you're unsure whether your project is a fit, we're happy to talk through what you have planned.
