Questions About Booking an Estimate
Is the in-home estimate free?
Yes. ACR provides free in-home estimates for bathroom remodeling, custom tile, and flooring installation projects within our service area.
How long should I allow for the appointment?
Most in-home estimates take approximately 45–60 minutes. Your appointment includes a two-hour arrival window, so your estimator may arrive at any time within the selected window. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least four hours’ notice whenever possible.
Do I need to choose my materials first?
No. You can book your estimate before selecting your finishing materials. During the appointment, we can discuss the types of products your project may require. You will purchase your selected finishes directly, without an ACR contractor markup.
Will I receive pricing during the appointment?
Your estimator will gather measurements, review the scope, and discuss your project during the visit. ACR will then prepare an itemized estimate based on the work discussed.
What happens after I approve my estimate?
Once your estimate is approved and the required deposit is received, ACR will guide you through material planning and schedule a pre-site visit. Final measurements, quantities, and installation details are confirmed before construction begins.
