Does ACR supply the tile?
You purchase the tile you want for your home rather than choosing from an ACR product catalog. If you haven't selected your flooring yet, we can point you toward trusted local resources and help you understand installation considerations that may affect your decision.
Can you remove my existing flooring before installing tile?
Yes, when demolition and removal are included in the project scope. Once the existing flooring is removed, we can evaluate the surface beneath it and identify preparation that may be necessary before installation.
What if my concrete has cracks?
Cracks and other existing conditions can sometimes be discovered after flooring is removed. If we uncover something that affects the planned installation, we'll explain what we found and discuss what needs to happen before the new floor goes down.
Do you install tile flooring in a single room?
Our flooring projects are generally larger in scope, including multiple connected spaces, substantial flooring replacement, or flooring that is part of a larger renovation. If you're unsure whether your project fits, we're happy to talk through what you have planned.
